Our Program Educators are experienced healthcare professionals (registered dietitians, nurses, and pharmacists) and can answer many questions, such as how to start taking your medication, what to expect during treatment, how to manage possible side effects, or any other topic that you need guidance or support with.

We can help you navigate and understand your private insurance coverage and assist with the paperwork required to get your medication costs covered. Please note that this service will help you get your medication costs covered through existing insurance plans only; it does not cover or reimburse the cost of medicine.
